Payment policy

Reservation Charge: The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Free Cancellation: If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the full amount charged will be refunded to your original payment method.

Outside Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made outside the free cancellation dates may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined in your booking terms.

Cancellation policy

Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before their scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation within 30 Days of Arrival: If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

No-Show and Early Departure: In the event of a no-show or an early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

This policy ensures that our guests have flexibility up to a month before arrival while also securing the reservation value close to the arrival date.
